This experience was fun. I had alot of my favorite candies inside like the gummy bears and the Twizzlers. I really like the sour worms by Trolli as well. I think that this experience was beneficial for this project. It was exciting because I was really curious about the contens of the bag. I thought that there was most likely candy inside but I wasn't sure which types of candies that I was going to find. I did the experiment on my lunch break so that I could get a friend to record my initial reaction.
Brand one: Twizzlers 1a.I choose this package because Twizzlers are one of my favorite candies. I eat Twizzlers all the time. At least a few times a week. 1b. I would describe a Twizzlers as a red shoe string that is edible and kinda tastes like those red wax lips they use use to sell. It's a good snack becuase you can have as many as you want without feeling guilty since its low in calorie intake. 1c. I think that Twizzlers are a nice snack after lunch. I usually consume the most before dinner when I get my mid day sweet tooth. II. When I think of Twizzlers it reminds me of my childhoood becuase I started eating them as a small child. III. Eating this candy makes me feel nostalgic because I remember eating the Twizzlers when my dad use to take me on walks around this lake. IV. In my family I would say my mother consumes the most Twizzlers as they are her favorite candy. V. The music that goes along best with Twizzlers is James Brown music becuase it is funky just like the candy. Brand two: Trolli Sour Worms 2a. I choose this package next because it is my second favorite. Sour candy is one of my favorites becuase it is different from typical candy. I like the sour sweet combination. 2b. I would describe this candy as making your taste buds go wild. It's sour and sweet all at the same time and has a variety of flavors. I. I think Trolli's are appropriate at any time of the day even breakfast. II. When I think of Trollis it reminds me of worms. But not as slimy, just good to eat. III. Eating Trollis always makes me feel a sugar rush. IV. My little brother eats this candy the most. V. When I think of Trolli Sour Worms I think of Greenday music becuase its fun. Brand Three: Gummi Life Savers 3a. I choose this candy becuase its another gummi based candy. 3b.I would tell someone who has never tried the candy before that it is just like a life saver but the texture is different. The flavors are different but pleasing to the taste buds. 3c. You can have Gummi Life Savers anytime of the day becuase they are not too rich. II. When I think of Gummi Life Savers it reminds me of a tasty rainbow that you can eat. III. Eating this candy makes me feel like I can do anything I want. It put you in a very good mood. IV. My little brother eats this brand the most. He is always eating gummi type candy. V. The music that goes with this brand is old school Michael Jackson becuase it will put you into a great mood. Brand Four: Haribo Gummi Bears 4a. I choose this brand because I always eat gummi bears when I'm at the movies so I decided to choose it now. 4b.I would say the candy looks just like a bear and has a few different flavors in the bag that you can choose from. 4c. You can have gummi bears whenever but I usually eat them at night for a late night snack or at the movies. II. When I think of gummi bears its reminds of relaxing watching a new movie in the theatres. III. Eating this candy makes me feel good and always tastes good mixed with popcorn. IV. In my family the person who eats these the most is me. V. The music that goes the best with this candy would be Pop music like Britney Spears. The candy I choose to eat was the Trolli sour worms, I ate the whole bag. 5. The last left candy I would leave in the box would be the fish because they do not look appealing at all.

Blog 4 A Tale of Two Candies

A Life Savers Day is unique. Heres a story of a 5 year old girl eating her first life saver gummy. Francis lost her baby teeth so she could not chew hard candy at all. She was very sad because the dentist told her that she could not have any hard candy until her teeth were grown back in. Her mother told her that she had good news. The good news was that she could have as many Life Saver Gummies as she wanted becuase this was not hard candy but soft candy. At first, Francis was still sad because hard candy was her favorite. After some time she gave in and tried the life saver gummies. The Life saver gummies were better than the hard candy she had been so use to eating. She loved the variety in flavor and the texture did not bother her soft gums. In the end Francis ended liking the life saver gummies more than hard candy. The moral of this story is try new things becuase you could end up liking them more than the old thing. A day in the life of Twizzlers is different from any other candy. Maria had been diagnosed as obease and could no longer eat foods that were high in fat and sugar. Maria went into despair as she loved sour patch kids, peach o's, and gummy bears. Maria cried for days. She went to her personal trainer that her doctor prescribed her and the trainer told her that she could try a candy called Twizzlers. Twizzlers have a calorie content much lower than other candies. Maria went to the store and purchased a bag of Twizzlers. She tried the Twizzlers and loved the taste so much she eat the entire bag in one sitting. It took Maria some time but she eventually learned she could have her prized Twizzlers everyday if she was conscious of her portions and earned the right to eat the Twizzler by working out daily. These stories are similar to each other in that both Francis and Maria had an eating restriction that was solved by both candies. The two stories are different from in each other in the type and texture of candy. Both stories had an eating restriction but the eating restrictions were different. A life Savers day is different from a Twizzlers day becuase they have different flavors while the Twizzler has just one flavor. You can tire of the flavor of Twizzlers easier than the gummies. The gummies are also smaller so you can consume more at one time. Twizzlers generally have more in a package as well.

Blog 2

I'm going to the Jenny's Market by my house to buy some candy. I choose to go to this store because it is close by. Right now I'm pretty carefree. I'm excited that I get to have my daily candy fix because I have a sweet tooth right now. I'm feeling a little indecisive so I'm going to keep my options as to which candy I will consume.

Right now I'm thinking that sour candy sounds kind of delicious right now. I'm debating on just spending 5.00 dollars or spending a little extra so that I can get more candy. Price of the candy definitely has an influence on which candies I will choose to buy. They all look good but the starbursts are catching my attention as well as all of the sour candy.

The products that I ended up with after my store trip was sour gummy life savers, sour patch kids, gummi worms, and some starburts. I choose these candies because I wanted some sour candy and some non-sour as well. I like the tastes of these candies and I was also in the mood for them. I bought these candies for myself but I'm sure I will end up sharing them with my co-workers becuase I purchased too much to eat in one sitting. I'm planning to eat this candy over the next few days. The sizes that I chooe were based on the only sizes available at this particular gas station.

I ate my candy at work throughout the day. I shared some of sour candy with my co-workers becuase they asked and I didnt want to be rude. I ate the candy when I got to work at different times throughout the day. It took about two days to finish all the. The candy was everything I expected, tasty and sweet. I have had all of these candies before so it wasn't like I was trying them for the first time.

Hello, my name is Miriam and I'm a sophomore student in college. I'm twenty six years old and I currently work in the fitness industry as a member services specialist. I help members with their customer service issues and needs. I'm also responsible for getting the members connected to different areas in the club like mixed combat, racquetball, and leagues. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music , hanging out with friends, and trying new foods at different restaurants. I'm really passionate about current events. I like being informed about whats going on in different regions of the world.

I have a little brother who is eleven and a younger sister who is twent-two. I also have a niece that is three years old as well. My role as the oldest in my family unit is making sure that everyone is doing their part. I guess you could say I'm the nagger. I remind everyone about their role and make sure the they are all on task. My family unit is very close, we try to see each other almost everyday.

The picture at the very top is a picture of my favorite and only niece. The picture below it is a picture of my two best friends Brook and Jacklyn at my birthday. The one below is a picture of my close friends Vanessa, Adrina, and Treanna when we went bowling recently.

I would describe my personality as outgoing and vivacious. My friends would most likely say that I'm loud and have a great sense of humor. If I were a candy I would most likely be a bag o skittles because I'm very colorful and full of life.
